**worldone communication** (“we”, “us”, or “the Developer”) develops and operates a number of
mobile games and applications (each, an “App”, and collectively “our Apps”). We are committed
to protecting your personal information in compliance with applicable laws, including the
Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) of Korea and, where applicable, the EU/UK General
Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
This Privacy Policy applies to all of our Apps. Because our Apps differ in their features,
**not every section below applies to every App** — a statement applies only where the relevant
feature is actually present in the App you are using. Many of our Apps can be played fully
offline and without an account.

## 1. Information We Collect and How We Collect It
We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide each App’s features. Depending on
the App and the features you use, this may include:
**a. Information you provide directly** *(only where the App offers these)*
- **Account / sign-in** (only in Apps that offer accounts): email address, nickname, and any
profile information you choose to provide. Many of our Apps have **no account** and never ask
for this.
- **Leaderboard display name / nickname** (in Apps with online leaderboards): a name you set or
that is generated for you.
- **Support inquiries:** your email address and any information you include in your message.
**b. Information collected automatically**
- **Device information:** device model, operating system (OS) version, language/region setting,
and device or app-instance identifiers.
- **Advertising identifier** (only in Apps that show ads): e.g., the Google Advertising ID.
**Apps that do not show ads do not collect an advertising identifier.**
- **App usage and diagnostics:** access times, features used, and error/crash logs — collected
only where usage analytics or crash reporting is enabled in the App (often opt-in).
- **Approximate location:** country/region level only, derived from your device’s region
setting and/or IP address. We do **not** collect precise/GPS location.
- **Online play data** (in Apps with online features): an **anonymous identifier** created for
you (e.g., an anonymous authentication ID used as an opaque key — not tied to a real-world
identity), your game score/result, and the game mode.
**c. How we collect it**
- Automatically while you use the App, including via third-party SDKs (see Section 5).
- Directly from you when you sign up or sign in (in Apps with accounts), set a leaderboard name,
or contact support.
> Some features may be used without providing personal information, and several items above may
> not apply depending on the specific App and its configuration.

## 2. Purposes of Collection and Use, and Legal Bases
We use personal information for the following purposes. Where GDPR applies, the legal basis is
indicated.
- **Providing and operating the service** — core App features, account management (where
applicable), online leaderboards and cloud features (where applicable). *Basis: performance of
a contract / legitimate interest.*
- **Improving the service** — usage analytics, crash analysis, and quality improvement. *Basis:
consent where required, otherwise legitimate interest.*
- **Advertising** (only in Apps that show ads) — serving personalized or non-personalized ads
and measuring their performance. *Basis: consent for personalized ads where required.*
- **Push notifications** (only where you have enabled them) — sending game notices and updates.
*Basis: consent.*
- **Customer support** — responding to inquiries and delivering notices. *Basis: legitimate
interest / performance of a contract.*
- **Legal compliance and dispute handling.** *Basis: legal obligation / legitimate interest.*
Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time (see Sections 6, 7, and 8).

## 3. Online Features and Public Leaderboards
Some of our Apps include **online leaderboards or rankings**. If you take part (which is
optional and can be turned off in the App’s settings), the following information is stored on our
cloud backend and is **publicly visible to other players** on the leaderboard:
- your **leaderboard name / nickname**,
- your **country/region** (shown as a flag or label), and
- your **score / result** and the game mode.
Your entry is keyed to an **anonymous identifier**, not to an account or real-world identity. You
can stop participating at any time, and you can **delete your leaderboard data** from within the
App (see Section 8). Turning participation off stops future uploads; deletion removes existing
entries.

## 4. Retention Period
We destroy personal information without undue delay once the purpose of collection and use has
been achieved, except:
- **On account or data deletion:** destroyed without undue delay; where necessary to prevent
fraudulent or abusive use, limited data may be retained for up to **30 days** before
destruction.
- **Where retention is required by law:** retained for the period prescribed (e.g., access
records for 3 months under the Protection of Communications Secrets Act of Korea).
On-device data (such as local game progress, settings, and statistics) stays on your device and
is removed when you delete it in the App or uninstall the App.

## 5. Third-Party Services (SDKs)
Depending on the App, we use some of the following third-party services. Each collects and
processes data under its own privacy policy. **Services not present in a given App do not apply
to that App.**

These providers act as our processors/service providers and/or as independent controllers as
described in their policies. We do not sell your personal information.

## 6. Personalized Advertising and Advertising Identifiers *(Apps with ads only)*
Apps that show ads may use an advertising identifier (e.g., Google Advertising ID) to serve and
measure advertisements. You can opt out of personalized advertising or reset/delete your
advertising identifier in your device settings:
- **Android:** Settings > Google > Ads (or Settings > Privacy > Ads) > *Delete advertising ID* or
*Opt out of Ads Personalization*.
Apps that do not show ads do not use an advertising identifier.

## 7. Push Notifications *(where offered)*
Where an App offers notifications, they are **opt-in**: we request the OS notification permission
and subscribe you only after you enable them. You can turn notifications off at any time in the
App’s settings or your device settings.

## 8. Your Rights and How to Exercise Them
You (or your legal guardian, if you are under the applicable minimum age) may at any time:
- request **access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction/suspension** of the processing
of your personal information;
- **object to** processing based on legitimate interests, and (where applicable) request **data
portability**;
- **withdraw consent** for analytics, personalized ads, or notifications;
- **delete your online/leaderboard data** and, where the App has accounts, **delete your
account**.
You can exercise most of these directly in the App’s **settings menu** (e.g., turning off
leaderboard participation, notifications, or analytics, and deleting your leaderboard data), or
by contacting us using the details in Section 12. Where GDPR applies, you also have the right to
lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

## 9. Provision to Third Parties
We do not provide your personal information to third parties beyond the scope described in
Sections 1, 2, and 5, except:
- when you have given prior consent; or
- when required by law or pursuant to lawful requests by investigative or regulatory authorities.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of **14** (or the
higher minimum age required in your jurisdiction; under GDPR this may be **16**, or a lower age
between 13 and 16 as set by your country). If we learn that such information has been collected
without appropriate consent, we will delete it without undue delay.

outside your country (for example, in the United States). Information collected may therefore be
transferred to, stored in, and processed in other countries. The items, purposes, and retention
are as described in Sections 1, 2, and 5; where GDPR applies, such transfers rely on appropriate
safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) as described in each provider’s policy.

expires or the purpose of processing is achieved.
